		<description>We had this issue in NY and it was resolved similarly.  This type of law is why the Arizona immigration law is terrible, all they&#039;ve gotta do is say you were disturbing the peace, then see that you are brown and voila! Oh, wait, the law says you can&#039;t do it based on race so that won&#039;t happen.
