		<description>My daughter was forced to plead guilty to a felony she did not commit and of which a jury would not have convicted her because if she had gone to trial the judge would have put her in jail for the misdemeanors she did commit (under-age drinking and resisting arrest).  The jury tax is an abomination against justice and the Constitution and gives too much power to police and prosecutors.</description>
