		<description>im gettin taken to court and the police man has wrote i went over 60mph but on the summons it has police recorded speed of 50 mph and that was them catching up with me i believe i dint go over 40 mph they was trying to say it was borderline dangerous drivign there are many mistakes in the police mans statement and is no actuall evidence of my speed what can i do ?</description>
